If you booked online and paid a $25 deposit, the deposit is non-refundable for any no shows.  Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, the deposit will be utilized for the allotted time for a same day cancellation or reschedule.

Reiki is a non-invasive Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It can promote healing by releasing congestion from energy centers (chakras) to enable a good flow of energy in the body.  It is administered by gentle touch and is based on the idea of channeling universal light and love through a practitioner to a client.  It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.  If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it’s high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.   Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.    

She provides Reiki sessions by appointment only on Wednesdays and Fridays within the Peaceful Minds Store in Bellevue, NE.   She also provides distance Reiki for those who are unable to come into the store, out of state, or just prefer distant sessions, you will still receive all the wonderful Reiki benefits.
